The tractor-mounted agricultural residue shredder is a high-efficiency machine designed to effectively shred agricultural residue left after harvest and branches generated during pruning, in farmlands, orchards, and other areas. 

 

The pickup roller mounted at the front of the equipment lifts the material from the ground and moves it to the shredding unit, where it is shredded by powerful blades. The shredded material passes through a perforated plate with 20 mm holes, ensuring a uniform output. Additionally, the pickup system eliminates direct impacts between rocks, stones, the ground, and the blades, effectively preventing excessive load on the gears and shaft.

The finely shredded material is naturally returned to the soil, preventing moisture evaporation, suppressing weed growth, and increasing soil organic matter content through rapid decomposition, offering fertilizing benefits.
